About me
Welcome. I'm Ross, an Integrative Counsellor dedicated to supporting people on their journey towards healing, growth, and self-discovery. Drawing from my own experiences of overcoming mental health challenges such as depression and anxiety, I offer compassionate guidance and practical tools to help you navigate life's ups and downs with resilience and clarity. I understand first-hand the courage and strength it takes to confront inner demons and emerge stronger on the other side, and I congratulate you in taking that first step towards healing and wholeness.
In my practice, I integrate evidence-based techniques with a compassionate, person-centred approach to create a safe and supportive space for healing and growth. Whether you're struggling with mood disorders, relationship challenges or trauma, I'm here to help. I'm also an accredited life coach which can provide a wonderful compliment to counselling.
If you're ready to embark on a journey of healing, growth, and empowerment, I invite you to reach out and schedule a complimentary consultation. I offer what I call counselling in nature, which entails all the good stuff of counselling but in a peaceful, outdoor location. I also work online and over the phone.
