About me
We're often led to believe that we’re lucky to live in today's world, with all its comforts and endless opportunities, and that we should therefore not only be grateful but also feel happy and fulfilled. In reality, modern life can still be hard and overwhelming and comes with its very own challenges.
Therapy can help when life becomes hard to deal with.
There are many reasons why you might seek out therapy. It could be feelings of depression, stress, or anxiety. Loneliness, relationship difficulties, loss and grief, or work and financial worries are also common triggers. Some people also seek out therapy to deal with long-standing issues like identity, sexuality, traumatic experiences, or perhaps a lack of fulfilment in life.
You might know exactly what it is you would like to work on, or you might feel lost, and unsure where to start. Whatever it is that brings you here, I would love to work together with you to untangle your thoughts, feelings and experiences and help you find a way forward.
About me and my practice
My training is integrative, covering a wide range of modalities (humanistic, attachment theory, existential, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT)). I draw from all of these modalities, tailoring my practice to meet each client’s unique needs.
I aim to offer a confidential non-judgmental space in which we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences and work towards gaining more clarity and agency for you.
I offer long and short-term therapy and currently exclusively via Zoom or phone though I will start offering face-to-face sessions in North London in the coming months.
Topics I work with
Please feel welcome whatever topic you may bring to therapy.
Issues that I have worked with previously include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, stress and burn-out, low confidence, grief, pregnancy-related issues, trauma, suicidal ideation, abuse, existential issues of life and death, as well as cultural issues of identity and belonging.
I am especially passionate about working with clients facing burn-out or work-related stress as well as existential crises as these hold personal significance to me and are generally intensified by today’s fast-paced and complex world.
First steps
If you would like to explore working together, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. As a first step, we can arrange a brief call to explore whether you might find therapy helpful and whether we are a good fit. You can also use the call to ask any questions you may have about the sessions, my practice or psychotherapy in general.
If you decide you would like to continue with me, we will then arrange a regular day and time for our sessions.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
