About me
As a therapist, I provide a safe, confidential and warm space for you to talk and feel heard without judgment.
My approach is integrative, I tailor my methods to suit your specific needs and offer interventions. Together we will explore any patterns of behaviour you share and address deep-seated conflicts and challenges you are facing within yourself and with others. I’ll invite you to build practical tools for your long term growth and resilience. When we begin to talk about our problems you will take a step towards healing and relief.
As a therapist I can help you to process your problems safely and find both clarity and solutions. I can support you with a wide range of issues such as feelings of anxiety, depression, grief, guilt, shame, confusion or cultural issues. I will offer my support to you by listening with compassion and empathy, and asking you questions to help you explore the issues you are experiencing. I will sit with you in your difficulty and support you until you can find healing, relief and growth.
Relationship therapy is for all individuals that are having difficulties within their relationships. I can support you and your partner by helping you to understand the roots of your conflict and will offer support to help you both meet your own needs and the needs of each other.
Clear communication between you both is key to any good relationship and I offer strategies to help you to break a cycle of arguments, so that you can move through rupture and repair more easily.
My approach is direct and practical, focusing on helping you understand your 'dance steps' in arguments and invite you both to build a partnership based on understanding, empathy and respect, so you can both feel more connected. I’ll support you to self regulate your emotions and understand you and your partner’s triggers and reactions more fully.
I will do my best to ensure there is a balance of communication and a safe space for you both in the sessions. I do not take sides or act as a referee but I will invite you both seek your own solutions and move towards growth as partners and individuals.
To arrange a session or ask questions please get in touch. I offer phone calls or free intro calls online. My website is being developed so unavailable at present.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
