About me

Hello, my name is Xenia.

Making the first step towards asking for help can sometimes be the biggest hurdle to overcome and you have already made it on here so well done!

Life has its challenges, and I have certainly had my own over the years, where we just need support from someone that isn’t family or a close friend. Someone who we can trust that they will hold space for us in order to process certain events, or, a confidential objective party that will listen, without judgement, so we can make sense of ourselves and the world around us.
I am a fully qualified, psychotherapeutic counsellor and a CPCAB approved counselling tutor. I have extensive experience in trauma, domestic abuse, relationship issues, bereavement and ADHD to name a few.

Counselling is a dual relationship, so it is important for both of us to feel comfortable and at ease. Please don’t hesitate to contact me for a free of charge, informal chat to see how we can work together.
