About me

I am an accredited and qualified counsellor. My aim is to work with you to overcome your challenges in life that may have caused things such as anxiety, anger and depression. I work in a supportive and effective way by providing a safe, non-judgemental environment where you will feel comfortable and at ease to speak openly and we can work constructively and collaboratively to help you reach your goals by understanding your life experience.

I use several therapeutic models to support clients, depending on their needs, including Person Centred, CBT,  Psychodynamic approaches and Solution focused Therapy to help clients in multiple ways to support them with things such as anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, social anxiety, anger, addiction and bereavement.

I have been working in this field for many years and have been able to successfully help people move forward with their lives. I have deep understanding of what it's like dealing with difficult emotions and situations, and this has given me a unique approach and understanding to help you move forward too.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or seeking personal growth and self-discovery, I am here to walk alongside you on your unique journey. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship, and together, we can explore your feelings, identify underlying patterns, and develop effective coping strategies to overcome obstacles.

Having worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures, I am committed to fostering inclusivity and respect for all. My aim is to create a collaborative partnership where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

If you are ready to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, I invite you to reach out and schedule a session. Together, we can unlock your inner strength and guide you towards a brighter future.
