I’m an experienced relationship counsellor, couples and psychosexual therapist (sex therapist) and media spokesperson. I am also a trainer in improving communication and reducing parental and couple conflict/arguments.   

I support couples, individuals, singles and co-parents through integrative and humanistic therapy, drawing on a range of models to best suit your needs including systemic, MBT, CBT, person-centred and psychodynamic therapy. I offer a warm, caring, empathetic and non-judgemental space to discuss any issues you might be facing.

I am a sex-positive therapist and have an NHS and Relate psychosexual practice. I support clients with a wide range of relationship and sexual problems.

I specialise in supporting clients to improve their communication and to break harmful cycles of conflict/arguments and destructive relationship and dating patterns. I work with clients struggling with confidence and self-worth in their relationships, and those going through heartbreak, separation and betrayal. In sex therapy, I have an interest in working with individuals and couples with loss of sexual desire and desire discrepancy/mismatched desire.

I am the Relate National Media Spokesperson and regularly appear in the media. I have written for and been quoted in publications such as Cosmopolitan, GQ, Harper's Bazaar, The Guardian, Independent, Stylist, the Telegraph and many more. I speak internationally on topics related to relationships, sex, mental health and communication.

I work face-to-face in the Cotswolds and have a virtual practice on Zoom where I support clients around the world.

Low cost therapy for individuals with compulsive sexual behaviours and those affected by their partner’s compulsive sexual behaviours

I am currently offering low-cost sessions for clients who are distressed and adversely affected by sexual behaviours that feel "out of control". This could include compulsive masturbation, use of pornography and adult oriented platforms, meeting with sex workers, multiple partners, one night stands, infidelity.
