About me
I’m an experienced Relationship & Psychosexual (sex) Therapist who works with individuals and couples. I am also a Coach, Media Spokesperson, Trainer and Speaker.
I support couples, individuals, singles and co-parents through integrative and humanistic therapy, drawing on a range of models to best suit your needs including systemic, MBT, CBT, person-centred and psychodynamic therapy. I offer a warm, caring, empathetic and non-judgemental space to discuss any issues you might be facing.
I am a sex-positive therapist and have an NHS psychosexual practice. I support clients with a wide range of relationship and sexual problems.
I specialise in supporting clients to improve their communication and to break harmful cycles of conflict/arguments and destructive relationship and dating patterns. I work with clients struggling with confidence and self-worth in their relationships, and those going through heartbreak, separation and betrayal. In sex therapy, I have an interest in working with individuals and couples with loss of sexual desire and desire discrepancy/mismatched desire.
I am a media spokesperson for various brands and regularly appear in the media. I have written for and been quoted in publications such as Good Housekeeping, Cosmopolitan, GQ, Harper's Bazaar, The Guardian, Independent, Stylist, the Telegraph and many more. I speak internationally on topics related to relationships, sex, mental health, communication and wellness.
I have a virtual practice on Zoom where I support clients around the world.
