About me

I am a BACP-accredited counsellor and Couples therapist.

My approach: I create a safe and loving environment where you can share whatever you feel comfortable with, respecting your time and pace. I work psychosomatically: I will help you include and explore your emotions and feelings while inviting you to anchor them in your body. That will help you slowly learn to listen and know yourself. We will look at your parts and history to integrate them and better understand their needs. That will allow you to develop an awareness of your patterns and dynamics and make choices that align with your wants and values.

My job is to facilitate your journey, giving you resources to support you in your daily life. Feeling seen, loved and heard will allow you to create a solid inner centre to navigate your life (work, family, relationships).

While you may experience difficulties, struggles, and body symptoms, we will look at the potential to emerge for you to live a happier life.

When they say, "The only way out is through," they don't tell you how painful that can be. But pain can be contained, and I will be a solid guide and fellow traveller during your unique healing journey.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Psychosynthesis Counselling - Institute of Psychosynthesis of London and Middlesex University
  • Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy - Institute of Psychosynthesis of London (currently in training)
  •  Sound-vibrational Therapy - Accademia di Medicina Vibrazionale di Milano, Italy
  • Family constellations, Milan, Italy
  • BA Cultural and Linguistic Mediation, Università degli Studi di Milano, Italy

For more than 12 years, I have worked with people of different ages, cultural backgrounds, and sexual orientations using a variety of tools, all of which aim at the individual's emotional, physical, and psychological well-being. In the last three years, I have specifically worked with couples and in the relationships field.

Whatever the reason is bringing you to therapy (e.g.  pregnancy, loss, grieving, life crises, significant changes in job and career, or in your marriage), the relationship we need to build and work on is, ultimately, the one with ourselves

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
