About me
Hi there!
I am a qualified psychotherapist with an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy. Psychotherapists work more in-depth on a mid to long-term basis with their clients: our enhanced training in a vast number of modalities enable us to connect to all parts of a client, therefore enabling us to be versatile with our approach, putting you, as the client, in the centre of all that we do.
I primarily work with clients who have survived complex trauma, with my training and experience focused around childhood neglect, sexual abuse, rape, domestic abuse, emotional abuse, PTSD, and undiagnosed neurodivergence. Alongside my private practice, I work with a sexual abuse and rape charity, and with the MOD. I particularly enjoy working with parents and exploring how to manage their trauma alongside this already challenging journey.
I provide a safe and non-judgemental space to explore the thoughts and feelings around one's sense of who they are both to self, and in relationship with others. Trauma becomes a pattern in survivors' lives - one that is notoriously and understandably difficult to escape. I will support you in making sense of the trauma, and of all subsequent trauma thereafter. Together, and with care, we will explore the buried trauma in order to resolve it once and for all, thereby breaking the trauma cycle once and for all.
I offer a free introductory 20 minute online session so that we can meet each other, and you can see if you feel safe to share your world with me. It is a big ask, so this is an important stage. Following that, we will meet weekly at a set time and day. Hourly fee will be discussed in our first meeting once we chat a little about your circumstances, and contracts will be sent and signed before we start our work. This is also incredibly important.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. I am excited about the prospect of sharing your forward journey with you, and immensely privileged to be with those so courageous and determined. We will do this together.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
