Psychodyamic & Creative Psychotherapist, UKCP, ADMP UK

About me

If you are struggling with anxiety or you are feeling low right now and feel the need to talk, to be understood, or simply to have someone by your side as you make sense of what’s happening within you, you don’t have to go through this alone. I am here to support you on this journey and help you find light in the moments of darkness we all experience.

I am a qualified Psychotherapist with over nine years of experience supporting individuals, families, and groups across community, educational, and care settings. If you’re seeking a compassionate and creative therapeutic space I offer an inclusive approach tailored to all ages.

I specialize in supporting clients dealing with work-related anxiety, relationship challenges, family dynamics, stress, and self-esteem issues. My approach is person-centred, psychodynamic, and integrative, combining creativity with psychological insight to support you in a way that feels authentic and tailored to your needs.

In our work together, I offer a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. My sessions are flexible and shaped around your comfort level. Sometimes this means talking, sometimes exploring emotions through creative processes, and sometimes blending both. You won’t be pushed into anything you’re not ready for; together, we’ll find an approach that feels right for you.

My practice focuses on helping you connect more deeply with yourself, understand your emotions, and build resilience during times of stress, transition, or uncertainty. We’ll work collaboratively to reflect on your experiences, supporting your personal growth and empowering you to navigate challenges with greater self-awareness and compassion.

I understand that if you’ve experienced more traditional or structured forms of therapy, a creative and integrative approach might feel different. My role is to provide gentle guidance and a supportive space where you can reconnect with your inner strengths and find clarity. Together, we’ll explore your inner world in a way that feels safe, accessible, and meaningful, helping you move toward a greater sense of balance and well-being.

Let’s begin this journey together; toward healing, empowerment, and stronger connections.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified Dance Movement Psychotherapist, accredited by the ADMP UK Association and registered with the UKCP Association. I have been trained as a psychodynamic and integrative therapist, and my approach is person-centred, combining creativity to support your unique needs.

Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience supporting individuals, families, and groups across community, educational, and care settings. I have worked extensively with children and young people with special educational needs and physical disabilities, as well as with adopted children, adults, and families navigating complex emotional journeys. I also have significant experience supporting clients through grief, loss, and life transitions, offering a compassionate and understanding space during times of change and uncertainty.

In addition, I have worked closely with parents, providing support around the challenges of parenting, helping them better understand their children’s emotional needs, and working together to strengthen family relationships.
