About me

Hey, Great to see you here!

Thank you for taking the time to visit me here. My name is Marysia and I'm passionate about connecting with people and creating powerful moments together. I offer a free, initial 20 min. introduction  Discovery Call over WhatsApp to answer any questions and help you decide if we will work well  together.

My intention is to support you on Your Journey within and explore YOUR UNIQUE VOICE. To uncover patterns you may not be aware of, so you can decide what changes will be most beneficial for where you are. Just NOW. With both of us being fully engaged in the process- I hope we will increase Mind-Body-Energy connection, relieve tension and potential physical discomfort /pain, and bring more lightness and a sense of fulfillment into the way You experience Your Life.

I am a curious being, who after a decade in business management and years of diving into various energy work, decided to become a Certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. The flavour of my work is ever-evolving but at this point what has been bringing results and what brings me joy is merging the practicality of CBT, the playfulness of coaching, with the discipline of self-awareness and psychosomatic practices. Wisdom of the body can truly be  a powerful resource..

Following on what Dr Joe Dispenza said "Nothing changes in our lives -until we change"  Every session is adapted individually, but generally speaking, I aim to foster curiosity, which can manifest in :

  • increasing your awareness of self
  • taking responsibility for your choices,
  • discovering what is working in your favour and what you desire to change,
  • deciding together what approach is the most suitable for your growth,
  • creating a sustainable action plan  & intention-driven approach to shift into a more Unified Way of Being You

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a SCOTACS Diploma in CBT Counselling and Groupwork from The Centre of Therapy and Counselling Studies in Glasgow, and I am a fully qualified cognitive behavioural therapist.

I am also both Reiki and Theta healing practitioner. Mindfulness has been a big part of my life. Travelling to several countries and the settling in the UK allowed me to dive into different spiritual practices from sound baths, bio-resonance, mind machine therapy, Qi Gong, Yoga and more..

Having over a decade of experience in business management and coaching has taught me efficiency and the ways to create a healthy environment to mindfully grow the company while also supporting members of the teams in their personal journeys. While managing the business, I have started developing my counselling skills by volunteering at local charities specialising in providing therapy for people from various backgrounds, who were dealing with different challenges in their lives, including low self-esteem, feeling lost and misunderstood,  experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic pain, postnatal depression, parenting, birth trauma, disconnection with the part of self and difficulties in embodying spiritual teachings in the practicality of the day to day life ( which might be more challenging than it seems).

Studying and exploring insights from people like Echart Tolle, Gabor Mate, Neal Donald Walsh, Caroline Myss, Abraham HIx , Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton , Brene Brown and many more -inspired to me to keep transforming my approach to life (...which is an ongoing process btw ).

..All these experiences have broadened my horizons and opened my eyes and heart to more unified, expansive and still-focused counselling and coaching offerings.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
