About me

Highly skilled and experienced BABCP accredited CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and EMDR Psychotherapist based in Worcester Park, Surrey. Passionate about working with trauma/PTSD, anxiety issues like; OCD, panic and social anxiety, in addition to low mood, low confidence, grief, anger management and stress.  I offer face to face, online and telephone sessions in a relaxed and confidential space. My mission is to help you to feel empowered about yourself and your future.

Training, qualifications & experience

Accredited CBT and EMDR Psychotherapist with broad clinical experience in forensic mental health, veteran mental health, and NHS community and primary health care services with clients from diverse backgrounds.

12+ years extensive experience working with severe and complex mental health; psychosis, trauma and difficulties managing emotion. In addition to working with anxiety challenges, grief and loss, depression, work stress and low self esteem.  Clinical research and project management.

Hands on development and delivery of therapy programmes for veterans and veteran partners across the UK. These programmes continue to be commissioned and the findings are published here;
