About me
Experiencing an overwhelming feeling of stress, anxiety, fear, or low mood? Lost someone, relationship, job, and feeling lost yourself? Think speaking to someone who is non-judgmental and friendly would help, then get in touch. I am an Integrative Counsellor, so have many different ways to support you, including understanding your personality v's your mask to the outside world, and your self-defending behaviours. I am also an Advanced BWRT/Coaching Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, and Mindfulness Teacher, so we can discuss which will be the most effective method for you, to resolve your challenges and move on with your life.
I offer face-to-face sessions in conjunction with First Psychology at two Edinburgh offices - St Patrick Square & Hill Street. I can also conduct your session via zoom if you prefer.
