About me

Experiencing an overwhelming feeling of stress, anxiety, low mood? Lost someone, relationship, job and feeling lost yourself? Think speaking to someone who is non judgmental and friendly would help, then contact me. I am an Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, so have many different ways to support you.

I am also an Advanced BWRT Practitioner and Hypnotherapist, so we can discuss which will be the  most effective method for you to resolve your challenges and move on with your life.

I have two venues within Scotland, to see you face to face but can also conduct a session via zoom and over the phone if you prefer. I offer evening sessions on  Monday's, Wednesday's and Thursday's. I offer discounts for over 60's, students and people on low income. The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
