About me

Experiencing an overwhelming feeling of stress, anxiety, low mood? Lost someone, relationship, job and feeling lost yourself? Think speaking to someone who is non-judgmental and friendly would help, then get in touch. I am an Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, so have many different ways to support you, including understanding your personality and self-defending behaviours.

I am also an Advanced BWRT Practitioner & Hypnotherapist, so we can discuss which will be the most effective method for you to resolve your challenges and move on with your life.

I am currently conducting face to face sessions at my Bathgate practice but can also conduct your session via zoom if you prefer. I offer evening sessions on  Wednesday's and Thursday's. I also offer sessions Sunday 10pm to 4am. I offer discounts for over 60's, Key workers and people on low income. The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Counselling session £40 for up to 60 minutes. 4 for £140 -  Block booking packages available.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

Wheelchair user access

My practice offers parking for wheelchair users. Wheelchair access via two separate entrance's and has a disabled person's toilet available.
