Supervision details
I am an NCPS Professional Accredited Psychotherapist and Supervisor offering relational, pluralistic and ethically grounded supervision for Counsellors and Psychotherapists working with individuals, couples, and groups. My approach integrates Page & Wosket’s Cyclical Model, Hawkins & Shohet’s Seven‑Eyed Model, elements of Transactional Analysis, and the Developmental Model for couples.
I provide a collaborative, culturally responsive, and non‑judgmental space where you can explore your client work, professional development, and wellbeing.
I supervise both qualified practitioners and trainees across a range of modalities. Together we may explore themes such as trauma, burnout, compassion fatigue, imposter syndrome, self‑doubt, along with the development of your therapy practice. My aim is to support your growth, confidence, and clinical effectiveness.
As an NCPS Professional Accredited Psychotherapist and Supervisor, my supervisory practice is shaped by my own experiences of being supervised, alongside extensive training, research, and ongoing professional development. My values support me in modelling sound, professionally regulated, non‑oppressive practice where trust, respect for difference, and sensitivity to diversity are central. I work consciously with the inherent power dynamics in supervision, aiming to minimise the potential for misuse and to create a space where supervisees feel safe, respected, and able to bring their whole selves.
