About me
My Psychotherapy is a culturally sensitive therapeutic approach. It considers racial-cultural beliefs and practices, spirituality, and other aspects of intersectionality. Intercultural practitioners benefit from exploring and reflecting on one's cultural identity, and facilitating the space for clients to explore theirs in recognition of the impact of racial adversities within the therapeutic process is fundamental to intercultural therapy.

Further information
As an integrative counsellor and counselling supervisor, I bring experience and a deep commitment to supporting counsellors in their professional development. With a solid grounding in therapeutic approaches, I can help counsellors tailor their practice to each client's unique needs.
I prioritise a collaborative, non-judgmental approach that fosters growth, self-awareness, and ongoing learning. I also prioritise self-care and reflective practice, encouraging counsellors to examine their assumptions and cultivate their therapeutic presence.
Ultimately, I aim to help counsellors develop a flexible, responsive, and effective approach that supports positive client outcomes. As a counselling supervisor, I believe in the power of reflective practice and ongoing learning to support the growth and development of counsellors.
My passion for this work stems from my experience as a counsellor and the transformative impact of supervision on my practice.
