About me
ABOUT ME
I am an integrative psychotherapist practising in Central London and online. I work with clients facing problems such as anxiety, stress, and depression to improve their mental and emotional well-being, and to strengthen their relationship with themselves and the people around them.
I use a depth psychology approach to address the root cause of problems. I support and guide clients in processing their experiences, gaining awareness of their life patterns, and in building an authentic sense of clarity, purpose, and confidence.
MY PRACTICE
People from all walks of life are welcome to my practice, having experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups.
Many of my clients are professionals and students. I work well with creatives working in music, film and the arts, or who live alternative lifestyles. I have an affinity working with sensitive souls and people who feel othered by society.
Therapy is a confidential space to discuss your circumstances with a trained professional. Sharing your history with someone is deeply personal and takes courage. This will be responded to with respect, compassion, and a sincere interest in helping you through the issues you bring to therapy.
Some clients come to therapy to work on specific problems and attend on a more short-term basis, though many choose to use psychotherapy for personal development and to work in-depth on themselves, involving more long-term and ongoing work.
I trained as an integrative transpersonal psychotherapist, which allows me to tailor therapy to each client's individual needs. This involves a blend of Jungian, psychodynamic, existential, and humanistic approaches that is holistic in nature. I use traditional talking therapy methods, and when appropriate, can draw on creative techniques, such as dream work, IFS, meditation, archetypal psychology, shadow work, and visualisations to empower and heal the disquieted mind, body and spirit.
My practice is trauma-informed, considering the role of the nervous system and emotional regulation. I am experienced in working with neurodiverse clients, both with or without a formal diagnosis.
Common issues brought to therapy include depression, anxiety, low or inflated self-esteem, childhood trauma, relationship problems, destructive habits, life meaning and existential crises, betrayal, narcissistic abuse, mental and physical health diagnoses, impostor syndrome, and perfectionism.
I specialise in working with adult clients healing from emotionally immature or narcissistic family backgrounds, bereavement, lack of life meaning, and creative individuals or people working in the arts. I have spent a significant time living and working abroad and have experience helping those from other countries or cultures who would like support settling into life in the UK, moving overseas, or relocating to a new environment.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
