About me
Are you a bit worried about how you’re feeling at the moment? Perhaps you feel you might be suffering with anxiety or depression, suffering in silence or feeling overwhelmed. I offer caring, non-judgemental, confidential counselling. Why not give me a call for a chat or drop me an email to see how I can help you?
As every person I support is different with a unique set of personal challenges, I tailor my therapy sessions to suit each individual.
Working in a person centred way means I am warm, compassionate and empathetic and will understand. I also draw on my skills and knowledge from other areas of counselling to help you get the best from your counselling sessions with me and to find ways to cope.
I offer some appointments outside of the working day both early morning and in the evening.
Sometimes taking the first step can be the most difficult thing to do so if making a call feels challenging then please feel free to drop me an email.

Further information
I specialise in working with people who are struggling with anxiety or having difficulties with their self esteem and women's Issues. I have a particular interest in bereavement and loss and often also help people who are feeling very panicky.
If you have not been to counselling before you may be feeling quite apprehensive about this. Many people worry about what happens during counselling and what they will say, these feelings are very usual.
At our first meeting I will introduce myself and take time to put you at ease. We talk about what happens if you haven't been to counselling before and I will help you to talk about how you are feeling and what you think might be troubling you.
You can ask any questions you would like to and can always choose if you feel it is the right time to continue.
