About me
Welcome, and thank you for visiting my profile.
I’m a fully qualified integrative counsellor, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I provide a warm, confidential space to explore whatever challenges you’re facing—whether you’re feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or simply unsure of your next steps.
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, relationship struggles, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. No matter your story, I will meet you with empathy, understanding, and respect.
Alongside this, I have a special interest in working with those who’ve been affected by controlling or toxic relationships, including narcissistic and domestic abuse. If this speaks to you, I can support you in rebuilding your sense of self, setting healthy boundaries, and finding your voice again.
My background in social care, homelessness support, and abuse services gives me a grounded understanding of how life’s challenges can affect us—and how powerful therapy can be. Having also walked my own healing path, I understand how difficult it can be to reach out, and how transformative it can be when you do.
Sessions take place in a peaceful, private garden office in the countryside, offering a calm space to pause and reflect. I also offer online and telephone counselling for those who prefer or require flexibility.
Whether you’re navigating a specific issue or simply want to understand yourself better, I’d be glad to support you. I offer a free initial phone call to explore what you’re looking for and see how I can help.
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing and self-discovery.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
