About me

I'm a committed and compassionate counsellor who works in a supportive and holistic way with my clients. I work with clients to overcome the challenges they wish to explore and provide a warm environment in which they can do this.

I understand that each person will need different things in their counselling journey and with ongoing training and CPD, I work with each client to establish what they would like to achieve and how they wish to do that. I work with issues such as bereavement, trauma, anxiety, depression, family issues and work related issues, self-esteem and many other areas of life. I have particular experience working with bereaved clients. I am fully insured to practice.

I'm an online and telephone counsellor available to clients in the UK.

If you have any questions or would like to chat about working together, please feel free to email, call or text me to arrange a 20 minute free telephone or video call to get to know each other.
