About me

I am a fully qualified Integrative counsellor which includes person centred, Psychodynamic and existential.

I offer online and telephone sessions providing a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings around any issues you are dealing with.

I have experience with a range of issues such as relationship difficulties, self-harm, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and I specialise in bereavement and loss.

I offer a free 30 minute online or telephone session for you to discuss your needs and goals, hear how the sessions work and for you to ask any questions you may have.

It can be a long but rewarding journey and you need to feel safe and supported along the way and I am here to offer you that space.
