About me
Hi and welcome!
*I currently only have availability on Saturday's*
I am a qualified psychotherapist, offering counselling and psychotherapy to adults and young people aged 16+, online and face to face in Sutton, Surrey. I facilitate short term (6-12 sessions) and long term (open-ended) therapy, as well as single session therapy and wellbeing MOT check-ins.
I specialise in supporting clients explore their sense of identity and belonging. I have extensive experience working with individuals navigating their lived experience of their cultural and racial identity, sexuality, gender identity, religion, marginalisation ADHD, autism, and the intersection of these experiences. My approach centres each person’s unique lived experience and the multiple identities that shape who we are.
How counselling can help
Experiencing anxiety, low mood, uncertainty, loss and grief are what it is to be human. It can be helpful when going through these difficult times to have a confidential, safe space to share your difficulties, concerns or anything that matters to you without the fear of being judged.
Counselling can help you to process your emotions, explore your situation to gain a better insight into what you are going through and provide you with tools to approach life with more balance and peace.
Counselling does not need to be accessed solely during times of feeling low and overwhelmed. It is healthy to have a space where you can discuss how you are feeling, gain a better understanding of yourself and work towards self-improvement and self-development.
My approach
I work in a way that is gentle, warm and holding. I endeavour to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to talk through the experiences you are facing.
I offer an integrative-relational approach to counselling and psychotherapy. An integrative approach refers to my ability to draw from a variety of theoretical models and ideas to support my therapeutic interventions, depending on what your needs may be. Working relationally means that I prioritise our therapeutic relationship as the heart of our work to create change and growth.
I work collaboratively to ensure that you have the choice and autonomy in deciding the content, pace and depth of our work together.
Next steps
Should you decide to proceed with therapy, our sessions would take place on a weekly or fortnightly basis, on the same day and at the same time.
Please feel free to contact me via email or WhatsApp if you would like to work together or if you have any questions before deciding to book a session.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

I also offer Wellbeing MOT Sessions:
These drop-in wellbeing sessions are designed for those moments when you simply need space — to talk things through, release emotional tension, or reconnect with yourself.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just in need of a reset, these sessions offer:
💬 A confidential space to offload and feel heard
🗣 Light guidance and emotional support from a trained professional
✍🏽 Practical tools and techniques to support wellbeing and emotional regulation
There’s no pressure to commit long-term — come as needed, for whatever’s on your mind.
This is not therapy or mindfulness coaching, but a therapeutic space to check in, reflect, and leave feeling more grounded.
