About me

Hello - if you are feeling depressed, anxious or overwhelmed I can help you to make the changes to your life that will lead to greater fulfillment. I work with a wide range of emotional and life issues and am also proud to offer support to parents of kids with additional needs, neurodivergence (inc ADHD) and gender dysphoria.  Free intro phone call offered. 

I offer both in person and online sessions.
