About me

Hello - Are you feeling stuck? Anxious or depressed... unable to make decisions and move forward?  I am here to help with empathetic, friendly and professional support.  Together we can build a picture of your problems and agree a goal which takes you towards the life you want to be leading.

I work across a wide range of emotional and life issues with adults from incredibly diverse backgrounds. My focus is often the beliefs we hold about ourselves, others and the world that might be getting in the way of us getting what we want out of life. I also help people to build assertiveness skills and self acceptance.  One of the techniques I also find really helpful is EFT which can be very powerful in treating trauma as well as anxiety and depression. It has also proved to lower cortisol levels, improve blood pressure and enhance immune system functioning.

Many of my clients are neuro-divergent and I also support parents of children with disabilities and SEN.  I am DBS checked.

Finding the right therapist is important but so is taking that first step. I offer a free introductory phone call to answer your questions and to assist with any concerns.  If you feel ready to reach out I am here.
