About me

I am a trauma informed therapist working with a blend of CBT and compassion focused strategies to support you. I work with a range of different clients with an emphasis on c-PTSD, anxiety, baby loss and/or neurodivergence.

I provide you with the safe space to be your full complete self, free from judgement. Sessions are available in-person within a cosy room in either Paisley or Glasgow city centre. I can also offer online sessions via Zoom.

Welbeing Walk sessions are available within Barrhead, East Renfrewshire and are on a 1-to-1 basis.  Please get in touch if you require further information on these sessions.

COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills  (2020)

Individual Sessions are 50 minutes each.

Couples Sessions are 90 minutes so priced accordingly to reflect this.
