About me

I offer one to one and couples counselling in Milton Keynes (MK3 and MK9). I am also able to offer counselling via video calling (Zoom) for individuals, regardless of where you are in the UK.

To help you find the information you might be looking for, I have listed information in the following way:

  • Individual Face to Face Counselling
  • Couples Counselling
  • Online (Zoom) Counselling
  • Contact

Individual Face to Face Counselling

I offer one to one face Counselling in both MK3 and MK9.

This option is for those who prefer to meet in person, to discuss and explore what's bothering you, in a non judgemental and confidential way.

Couples Counselling

I currently offer a limited number of spaces for couples in MK3.

While the principles of confidentiality and non judgement remain the same, Couples counselling can be beneficial where couples want to explore something jointly, as a means of finding a way forward.

Online (Zoom) Counselling

I offer video appointments via the Zoom platform. This is currently only for those seeking one to one sessions. Zoom sessions can offer more flexibility, as you can decide where you want to be for the session, doing it from the comfort of your own home, if you choose to. Zoom also offers the flexibility of making an appointment with me, even if you don't live in the Milton Keynes area.
