About me

As a therapist specialising in neurodivergent conditions, it is my aim is to hold a safe and inclusive space where you can explore your unique experiences without judgement. Being diagnosed with ADHD myself, I appreciate how difficult and overwhelming life can feel at times. I bring a deep understanding and appreciation for the diverse ways in which we all experience the world and am passionate about helping others lift their masks and embrace their authentic selves! Whether you are autistic, have ADHD, dyslexia, or any other neurodivergent identity, I am committed to providing tailored support that honours your specific needs and perspectives.

I work with all ages and have extensive therapeutic experience working with teens and young adults from 13+. I am also experienced in providing parental support for those with neurodivergent children who may or may not be diagnosed themselves.

My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I believe in the importance of recognising and celebrating the strengths that often accompany neurodivergent traits, while also addressing the unique obstacles that may arise in daily life, relationships, parenting, education, or at work. I am interested in understanding your full human experience and place emphasis on building a positive and fulfilling therapeutic relationship.

I am a pluralistic counsellor which means that I call upon a range of theories in our work together and tailor my approach and interventions to suit you. I am predominantly person-centred in my belief that you hold your own answers and I am there to facilitate this process, incorporating some psychodynamic and CBT/ACT principles along the way.

Working holistically, I can also offer coaching for ADHD and ASC to support you in adapting your environment and improving your relationships. I work with you to develop coping strategies, enhance self-awareness, and cultivate resilience. Together, we can explore your goals, navigate challenges, and develop your self-awareness so that you can feel more confident and fulfilled in life. Your neurodivergence is an integral part of who you are, and my goal is to help you embrace it fully as you navigate life's ups and downs.

Get in touch and let's have a chat about what you would like help with - I offer a free 15 minute introductory call to all new clients.
