About me

I am a fully qualified therapeutic counsellor and I offer a confidential, safe and empathetic space for you to be heard.

There can be times when we can be consumed with negative thoughts and patterns of behaviour that can leave us feeling unhappy and dissatisfied with our lives. These thoughts and patterns can be explored along with relationships, interactions and life circumstances that may have led to you feeling stuck. I will help and support you through the process of change to find clarity and a way forward.

I work within an integrative model of counselling, which allows me to draw on a wide variety of theories and techniques to suit your individual circumstances and goals for therapy. I have extensive experience working with people in times of difficulty, including over 16 years of experience working with young people and adults helping to support them and their families in often very painful situations including, Bereavement, Divorce, Depression, Self-Harm, Terminal
Illness, Sexual Abuse and many more.

I understand that it is difficult to take the first step towards counselling and it is important for you to find the most suitable counsellor for you. I warmly encourage you to get in touch by email and I will contact you to arrange a  no obligation free 20 minute consultation call aiming to help you feel whether or not we could go through the counselling process together.
