About me
I am a qualified Integrative/Pluralist Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) and you can also find me on the NCS Children and Young People’s Therapy Register. I offer a safe, supportive and confidential space to every client to help them achieve their intention(s) for seeking therapy.
I maintain a non-judgemental, empathic and compassionate therapeutic relationship with all clients. My approach is Pluralistic which means I essentially believe that one ‘School of Thought’ cannot help everyone. Therefore, a multidimensional understanding of The Self is what I hope to deliver to advocate self-love, self-development and the journey towards your Core Truth.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have worked in mental health for 15 years and began training in Psychology from age 16. I have a number of qualifications in the field of Psychology and my career started working with adolescents with mental health issues because my mission was to make a difference to young people's lives.

I know change can be challenging, yet we resist it knowing that the only constant in our lives is change. It is inevitable, so my journey with you is about guiding you through the change(s) in your life so that you feel supported and heard.
I have trained in Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Existential Therapy and Psychosynthesis. Furthermore, I am trained in Trauma/Trauma Perception and the impacts of trauma on the brain and anatomy.
