About me
🌸 Welcome to my page, I’m Jade, and hopefully I can support your journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery. Please take a few minutes to read about the way I work and if this is something you may be looking for.
Are you a woman who is feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward? Maybe you're ready to start healing, work on your relationships, or simply reconnect with yourself. Whatever your reason for seeking therapy, you've already taken a brave first step.
✨Counselling is an act of hope. It's the hope that something might get better, and for that to happen, it requires something to change. ✨
For over 8 years, I have been dedicated to providing therapeutic support to individuals experiencing struggles and hoping for positive changes in their lives, with a special focus on counselling for the last 4 years. I now specialise in and feel very strongly about supporting and empowering women.
As a qualified and licensed counsellor in the UK, I am deeply passionate about offering a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
My goal is to help you feel truly heard, understood, and empowered.
As a Holistic Pluralistic Counsellor, I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to counselling and that each individual’s journey is unique.
Instead of sticking to a single therapeutic method, I draw from a range of techniques and approaches, tailoring the therapy to suit your personal needs, preferences, and goals.
Whether you prefer face-to-face or online sessions, I offer a flexible, confidential environment to help you move forward at your own pace.
🌀 More information on a Holistic Pluralistic Counsellor
A Holistic Pluralistic Counsellor is a counsellor that works collaboratively with you to find the most effective way to support your growth and healing. Depending on what you’re going through, I may combine aspects of different therapies, such as Person-Centred Therapy, which focuses on creating a safe, non-judgmental space for self-exploration, or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which helps you challenge and reframe unhelpful thoughts and behaviours. I may also integrate Psychodynamic approaches, which explore deeper emotional patterns from your past that might be affecting your present life.
The holistic element means that I will consider all aspects of who you are - your emotional, mental, physical, and even spiritual well-being. This approach focuses on the whole person, rather than just treating specific symptoms or issues, acknowledging that everything in your life is interconnected.
At times clients may struggle to express their thoughts & emotions with words. At times there are no words which fit. Which is why I also offer creative techniques within sessions 🐚 🎨. These methods can be particularly effective for clients who may struggle to put their emotions into words or who benefit from engaging different parts of their brain during the therapeutic process.
My experience spans across working with adults and children on a wide range of issues, including:
- Women's struggles
- Life purpose, Emptiness, Loneliness, Motivation
- Self-love, Confidence, and Low Self-Esteem
- Family Conflicts, Parenting/ Caregiver challenges, Relationship difficulties
- Trauma, Domestic Violence
- Grief
- Career challenges
- Stress
- Anxiety, OCD, Depression
- Young Adult issues plus many more.
I truly believe that you are the expert of your own story, and within you lies the strength to overcome whatever challenges you’re facing. Seeking support is a courageous act of self-care, and it takes real bravery to pursue a happier, more fulfilling life.
By working together, we’ll create a space where you feel supported, understood, and confident in the steps you’re taking toward healing and growth. I’m here to walk beside you through your therapy journey. You don’t have to do it alone. Let's take that next step, together. 🌱

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Client testimonials
" My experience with Jade has been absolutely amazing! From our first session, I could tell she was not only knowledgeable but also really caring and understanding. She created a safe space for me to talk openly and I felt totally at ease sharing my feelings, which was key to tackling my anxiety's root causes.
I feel like Jade genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond. That support made a huge difference for me. I've learned effective ways to manage my anxiety. I feel equipped to face challenges instead of feeling overwhelmed. I'm genuinely grateful for how far I've come.
If you're looking for an online therapist who is both skilled and compassionate, I can't recommend Jade enough."
"Jade has been incredibly helpful and supportive in my post-breakup healing journey. She provides me a safe space to share my thoughts and feelings, always listens and acknowledges what I say and reminds me of my goals, giving me fresh perspectives and tools to overcome the challenges I’m facing. Jade never tells me what I should do, but instead she flags unhelpful thinking and helps me think of different scenarios and new ways of seeing my situation. I fully trust her skills and expertise."
"I have had a lot of therapy before but I don't think anyone has really taken the time to see me in the way that Jade has. I appreciate her reflections, and when she can recognises patterns or thoughts that maybe I haven't before. I feel very supported, like my experiences really matter, and I cannot thank her enough for that."
"I have been doing counselling with Jade for just over a month now and I can firmly say that it has helped me immensely.
I had been struggling with a lot of things that had happened recently and felt like I couldn't get my head above water, then every time I felt like I had, a wave would just drag me back under.
Jade has really helped me find a pathway forwards, helping on my journey to find myself again and to move forwards with my life.
Jade took the time to listen, to understand the situation, then to help me find ways to work through it, helping me move forwards and stand on my own two feet again.
I am extremely grateful for all the help Jade has given me and I am looking forward to my future progression."
