About me

Life has its up and downs, and sometimes we all need a safe space to express ourselves and explore our feelings and moods. As a qualified accredited pluralistic creative counselling practitioner, I am uniquely equipped to help individuals with a variety of issues that may arise. My individual approach is to make a safe space to explore issues and provide a positive environment and support for taking the next steps towards a healthy mindset.

I see young people 12+ and adults including couples in the heart of Saffron Walden.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
