Life has its up and downs, and sometimes we all need a safe space to express ourselves and explore our feelings and moods. As a qualified accredited pluralistic creative counselling practitioner, I am uniquely equipped to help individuals with a variety of issues that may arise. My individual approach is to make a safe space to explore issues and provide a positive environment and support for taking the next steps towards a healthy mindset.
As well as offering one to one sessions and online counselling sessions, I offer a unique service. As part of therapy sessions, you will be offered a wellbeing box personalised to you to help you on your journey, this includes practical ways to help you in day-to-day life, empowerment tools, mind fullness and positive reinforcement activities. Each box is personalised to the individual.
I see young people 12+ and adults including couples in the heart of Saffron Walden.
