About me
Feeling stressed, anxious and close to burn out?
Low confidence, low mood and lacking self esteem?
Lacking work life balance and wish to bring some joy back into your day to day life?
At some point or another I have been able to answer ‘Yes’ to all of those questions too. Let’s work together to find a way back to feeling more like you.
Being someones counsellor is the greatest privilege to be trusted with so thank-you for considering me. I also believe that YOU are the expert on you, though it may not feel like it at times.
What you can expect from me - honesty, calm, a non-judgemental and safe space. Here we can talk openly, feel accepted and understood. We will work together to reach your goal, whatever that may be. Together we can work to gain clarity, feel lighter, more confident and able to experience more joy in your life.
I am an integrative counsellor, meaning that I use skills and techniques from various theories and models. I work from a base of Person Centred, frequently utilising Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural, and Attachment Theory.
Thank-you for viewing my profile I look forward to hearing from you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
