About me
If you're navigating challenges in isolation without the necessary support and tools to regain control of your life, I extend an invitation to join me in a secure, confidential, and nurturing space.
My private practice is in Marylebone, Central London. I've worked with a diverse clientele, fostering positive life changes across various backgrounds, cultures, and orientations.
Guided by psychodynamic principles, I can help you with anxiety, relationship struggles, heartbreak, work issues, low confidence, and trauma. Therapy is a collaborative journey that involves exploring and uncovering past experiences. We will identify hidden patterns, nurture self-awareness, and instigate positive life transformations.
For individuals grappling with psychosexual difficulties, it's essential to know you're not alone. I offer a personalised and tailored approach to address these issues, using evidence-based techniques such as CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy.
Whether you seek conflict resolution, improved communication, emotional or intimate reconnection with your partner, or guidance through fertility and perinatal concerns, I'm here to support you.
I provide in-person and online sessions lasting 50 minutes weekly on the same designated day and time. This allows flexibility in choosing time-limited or open-ended therapy to suit your needs.
Beyond my private practice, I serve as an honorary psychosexual therapist on the clinical team at St. Mary's Hospital in London. Additionally, I am actively pursuing advanced specialised training as a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist at Tavistock Relationships and working towards COSRT accreditation.

Member organisations
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) is a professional association, representing the profession of psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
The organisation is itself made up of fourteen member organisations and BPC accredits the trainings of its member organisations. An individual who qualifies from one of these trainings is then eligible for entry into the BPC's register.
BPC registrants are governed by a code of ethics, a policy of continuing professional development, a statement on confidentiality and a complaints procedure. The BPC is a Member Society of the European Federation for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy in the Public Sector (EFPP). Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
