About me

I am an experienced psychologist dedicated to supporting you in managing stress, anxiety, depression, and navigating complex life transitions.

Together, we will make space for you to express your concerns fully, without judgment. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, recognising mental health challenges as natural responses to life experiences. Sessions provide a compassionate and non-judgmental environment for gaining insights and overcoming internal barriers.

Inclusivity is a fundamental aspect of my practice, acknowledging and addressing the unique difficulties faced by marginalised communities. Regardless of your age (18+), ethnicity, race, gender, sexuality, or disability, you are warmly welcomed here.

Choosing a therapist is a crucial decision. I aim to be someone you trust, ensuring you feel heard and offering the expertise to guide you through challenging circumstances.

If you’re ready to take the next step, contact me to book an initial 20-minute video consultation. Let's discuss what brought you to therapy and how I can assist you.
