About me
I am an experienced counselling psychologist dedicated to supporting you in managing stress, anxiety, depression, and navigating complex life transitions.
Together, we will make space for you to express your concerns fully, without judgment. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, recognising mental health challenges as natural responses to life experiences. Sessions provide a compassionate and non-judgmental environment for gaining insights and overcoming internal barriers.
Inclusivity is a fundamental aspect of my practice, acknowledging and addressing the unique difficulties faced by marginalised communities. Regardless of your age (18+), ethnicity, race, gender, sexuality, or disability, you are warmly welcomed here.
Choosing a therapist is a crucial decision. I aim to be someone you trust, ensuring you feel heard and offering the expertise to guide you through challenging circumstances.
If you’re ready to take the next step, contact me to book an initial 20-minute video consultation. Let's discuss what brought you to therapy and how I can assist you.
Training, qualifications & experience
PsychD (Doctorate) Counselling Psychology, University of Roehampton
Certificate in Counselling & Psychotherapy, London Foundation
MSc Research Methods in Psychology, University of Kent
BSc (Hons.) Psychology, University of Kent
Trained in various models like Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Person-Centred, I tailor my approach to meet your needs.
I hold a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and am a registered Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the UK regulatory body that ensures practitioners meet national standards for training, professional skills, and ethical practice.
In addition to my private practice, I’m actively involved with community-based organisations that promote mental health and well-being. This year, I’m proud to support the Ben Raemers Foundation by offering reduced-rate concession sessions. The Foundation does vital work in opening up conversations around mental health and challenging the stigma that can prevent people within the skateboarding community from reaching out for support.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
