About me

Understanding my clients is crucial, and I tailor our sessions to suit your specific needs. My aim is to share your space as an equal, fostering a comfortable and approachable environment. While I can present myself professionally when needed, my roots as a farmer mean I can be a bit of a scruff bag too. I believe in creating a relaxed atmosphere for those I support.

Additionally, I collaborate with an organisation that specialises in addiction, neurodevelopmental conditions including ADHD, and trauma support. My approach integrates CBT (practical, solution-focused), PCT (Here and Now), and psychodynamic (Past) interventions, along with solution-focused support to foster lasting success. In private practice, I address a diverse range of client needs by combining counselling and coaching techniques.

Since qualifying, I have provided tailored 1-2-1 interventions for individuals aged 14 and older, utilising a blend of online, face-to-face, and walk-and-talk therapy. I am an NCSP-accredited Pluralistic Counsellor with specialised diplomas in Drug and Alcohol Counselling, Coaching, REBT, and ADHD management.

I offer a compassionate and personalised approach to support you in overcoming your challenges.
