"Thank you Emma for guiding, supporting and listening to me, through what was a difficult year for me. I don't always find it easy to open up and talk to anyone outside of family, but Emma made this very easy, making me feel valued , giving me ways of how to deal with feelings which were out of my control.
Her knowledge and expertise , and coaching skills definitely have help me, and have enabled me to use this in other aspects of life. Highly recommend Emma ."
