About me

I'm a Psychotherapist, Coach & Business advisor with extensive experience supporting individuals aged 14 and above, including teenagers, young adults, self-employed professionals, and business leaders. My approach integrates techniques from CBT, Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic interventions, ADHD-focused coaching, and psychoeducation, tailored uniquely to each person I work with.

Based at my accredited Therapeutic Care Farm, I provide a welcoming space, offering sessions both face-to-face and online. I also specialise in walk-and-talk therapy and animal-assisted interventions, helping clients connect with nature as part of their healing journey.

I work compassionately with those experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, impulse control, addiction recovery, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and significant life transitions. My personal journey with late-diagnosed ADHD enables me to genuinely understand and empathise with neurodivergent experiences. My aim is always to empower individuals, providing practical strategies and emotional support to build self-awareness, confidence, and resilience.

I am passionate about creating an inclusive, supportive environment where you feel safe to explore, understand, and grow.

"Thank you Emma for all the times you have calmed me down and helped me process the next steps. Helping me to see the light when i feel lost. Your clear and kind approach is your strength. All backed up with an incredibly warm heart xx"

"Thank you Emma for guiding, supporting and listening to me, through what was a difficult year for me. I don't always find it easy to open up and talk to anyone outside of family,  but Emma made this very easy, making me feel valued , giving me ways of how to deal with feelings which were out of my control.
Her knowledge and expertise , and coaching skills definitely have help me, and have enabled me to use this in other aspects of life. Highly recommend Emma ."
