About me

It can be hard saying out loud that things aren’t right, or to say, ‘I’m not ok’.

My name is Lizzie, I provide 1 to 1 counselling with individuals of any age.

My integrative approach means I can support you to find the answers you need and to help you better understand your world.

My role is to work alongside you or your child and to hear your/their story. I am down to earth, realistic and a friendly human

I work in person from Kings Hill (Mondays) and Staplehurst (Wednesdays). I also work online and via the telephone.
If you have any questions or would like to work alongside me please get in touch.

We can arrange your free initial consultation where we can get to know each other a little, put to rest any concerns you have and answer any questions. Then if you are happy to proceed then we'll arrange your first session.
