Dawn Rosser MA UKCP Reg. Child & Family Psychotherapist. www.dawnrosser.net
Hi I'm Dawn, a Child and Family Psychotherapist, based in Bushey and Tring.
I work with all individuals and my specialism is Children and Parents. I also run group Self-Development Workshops.
My aim is to help people find their truth, resilience and independence.
Drawing on over 20 years of personal and professional continued practice in psychotherapy, developmental psychology, mindfulness, body and energy work, I provide a comprehensive, supportive environment in which to explore, heal and individuate.
We work together to resolve the root causes of issues and re-establish a healthy, secure, inner foundation and framework from which to flourish.
I provide a safe space, using creative techniques as well as talking, to enable an authentic, lasting transformative process, facilitating inner wellbeing, fundamental resource, wholeness, meaning and purpose.
Please contact me for further information. I look forward to hearing from you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have always naturally been a "people" person, enjoying helping others help themselves. I finally sought counselling for myself in 1998, after realising I too needed help in finding who I was and simply feeling happy. It was a catalyst for my journey of healing, self-discovery and living authentically. I continued from there to explore and develop my purpose and passion for self-actualisation and helping others find fulfilment in their journey.
I trained at The Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE.org.uk) in Little Venice, London, from January 2002 and graduated in October 2007 as a Child, Adolescent and Family Psychotherapist.
I have worked with clients of all ages since 2002, and been in private practice since 2006.
