About me

Are you having difficulty coping? Experiencing feelings of depression, anxiety or personal distress? Struggling to manage difficult life circumstances or resolve longstanding issues?

Perhaps I may be of help.

I am an experienced Person-Centered Therapist offering face-to face sessions at my Falmouth based practice, as well as online therapy for those who prefer to access counselling from their own home. I offer a safe, supportive and confidential therapeutic space in which clients can explore and work through difficult issues and challenging life events such as panic and anxiety, depression, bereavement & loss, drug and alcohol related issues and relationship difficulties.

I am available to meet individual clients face-to-face at my Private Practice, a short distance from Falmouth town centre. Those with time or travel constraints, mobility issues, or those who simply prefer to access counselling from their own home, may prefer Online Therapy via an easy-to-use encrypted videoconferencing platform (similar to Skype). For more information about me and my counselling practice, please see my website personcentredliving.uk (link above).

My practice is professionally and ethically based, and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), and also a Professional Member of the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online (ACTO). I undertake regular clinical supervision and professional development to ensure high professional standards and best working practices.

I welcome all queries by email or phone. If you have any questions, or would like to book an initial counselling session with me, please contact me using the details provided. You can find out more about me and my counselling services by using the link to my website, or go to personcentredlife.uk

I answer all email queries, please do check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see my reply.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
