About me

I am a qualified integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor with experience of Secondary school Counselling. I have an accredited membership with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society MNCPS (Accred). I use a broad range of therapeutic techniques such as the Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness, tailoring our therapy sessions to meet your individual needs. I have been teaching in education as the head of Psychology for over 17 years and I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist.

I work with relationships, adults and children, individuals and couples, in particular those that are survivors of Narcissistic abuse. I can help you with your anxiety, depression and loss of self from surviving such traumatic experiences. I have personal and professional experience in working with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD/EUPD), Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) Anti Social Personality Disorder (ASPD) and Co-dependency. I also provide therapy to support those that also have alongside the above comorbid mental health issues such as substance use, anxiety and depressive disorders and ADHD.

I can assist with the practical and emotional challenges when navigating the family court system. I offer support to work through unresolved childhood trauma, emotional dysregulation, self abandonment and identity confusion. I care deeply about human suffering and I offer an empathetic, safe and non-judgmental environment to work with you through your issues. My role is to enable you to become more self-aware and empowered in order to bring about the positive changes in your life. I use solution focussed therapy and work with both children and adults on short term and long term therapy.

I have an enhanced DBS certificate which can also be found on the online update service.
