About me
I am a qualified integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor with experience of Secondary school Counselling. I have an accredited membership with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society MNCPS (Accred). I use a broad range of therapeutic techniques, drawing from Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). I also specialise in Jungian shadow work, helping clients explore, understand, and integrate the unconscious, hidden aspects of the self. By blending these modalities, I carefully tailor our therapy sessions to meet your unique individual needs. I have been teaching in education as the Head of Psychology for over 18 years and I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist.
I work with individuals, couples, and families, specialising in supporting survivors of narcissistic abuse, including addressing anxiety, depression, and loss of self. Drawing on both personal and professional experience, I provide therapy for Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD/EUPD), Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), Anti-Social Personality Disorder (ASPD), and Co-dependency. I also support clients dealing with co-occurring conditions, including substance use, depression, and ADHD.
I also specialise is Neurodivergence, Autism, & ADHD. My practice is entirely neurodiversity-affirming, and I welcome all those individuals with Autism and ADHD seeking a therapist who truly understands their nervous system from the inside out.
Alongside my general neurodivergent practice, I hold an additional specialty in supporting Twice-Exceptional (2e) and gifted individuals. Drawing on my 18 years as a Head of Psychology and my own lived experience of Autism and ADHD. I work with individuals who face the unique, exhausting friction of high cognitive capability paired with neurodivergent executive dysfunction. Whether you are navigating daily neurodivergent struggles or dealing with the specific burnout of being a "walking contradiction," I provide a deeply affirming space where you can unmask completely.
I can assist with the practical and emotional challenges when navigating the family court system. I offer support to work through unresolved childhood trauma, emotional dysregulation, self abandonment and identity confusion. I care deeply about human suffering and I offer an empathetic, safe and non-judgmental environment to work with you through your issues. My role is to empower you to become more self-aware and empowered in order to bring about the positive changes in your life. I use solution focussed therapy and work with both children and adults on short term and long term therapy.
Workplace Advocacy & Training
I provide expert educational talks and workshops to organisations on fostering neuroinclusive workplaces. My sessions focus on the ethical, legal, and practical strategies for implementing reasonable adjustments, ensuring statutory compliance, and creating supportive environments where neurodivergent employees can truly thrive.
I have an enhanced DBS certificate which can also be found on the online update service.
