About me

Life can be complicated and challenging, and in its toughest moments can feel very difficult to navigate - you are not alone in feeling this way. I offer a welcoming and confidential space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences together. It is through the relationship between therapist and client that challenges and difficulties can begin to be understood and transformed.

In my work as a therapist, I aim to provide you with a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can use the time exactly as is needed, whether it be to explore past traumas, current anxieties, difficult thoughts and feelings, or destructive behaviours that are making life difficult to cope with.

Clients may come wanting to address issues like difficult life events, anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, relationships, low self-esteem, or simply because they are experiencing feelings of disillusionment that can’t be attributed to any one thing. I offer both long-term and short-term work, and I am trained as an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist which means I work in a tailored way with every client by integrating different approaches and techniques to ensure the uniqueness of each person’s needs can be met.

I am warm, respectful and empathic, and able to draw upon a variety of therapeutic models that will allow us to explore childhood experiences, relationships, thought processes, feelings and beliefs, experience of life, as well as how to manifest your full potential. I also incorporate a variety of techniques into my work, as appropriate, including CBT, breathing, creative imagination, art and mindfulness. By combining these techniques and approaches my intention is to improve your relationship with yourself as well as the world around you, increasing your ability to live life to its fullest potential and experience all it has to offer.

Please feel free to call me to discuss whether it might be beneficial for us to work together on 07948 104594

I am a fully accredited clinical member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) which has strict training and ethical requirements for its members. I maintain professional indemnity insurance that covers my therapeutic work.
