About me

Many people's sense of identity and self-worth may intertwine with their mental wellbeing or health condition, leaving people struggling with feelings of loss of identity and self-esteem, which can further contribute to feelings of depression and anxiety, especially if the condition affects their ability to work, pursue hobbies, or maintain relationships. I aim to provide support and resources to empower individuals to live fulfilling and meaningful lives despite life's challenges.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have trained to be a cognitive behavioural therapist after witnessing first-hand the effect of personal difficulties caused by living with a long-term condition while working as a nurse. I also offer supported self-help, a cheaper option and a good first step to getting your needed help. Search for A Problem Shared Kemps Therapy on Patreon.com

I have a BSc in Contemporary Nursing and an MSc in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I am also registered with both the BABCP and the NMC.
