About me
I am a Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering in person and online counselling and psychotherapy for clients aged 18+. I work in person from my comfortable easy to reach rooms in central Horsham, West Sussex and Guildford or Haslemere in Surrey. All online sessions are held over zoom.
Alongside general counselling for both men and women, I am passionate about helping clients who identify as neurodivergent (ADHD, ASD, Dyslexia & Dyspraxia) access therapy in a way that works for them as well as supporting the parents and family member of neurodivergent people.
I work in an integrative way, the basis of my training provides a framework with which I am able to integrate and utilise aspects of different counselling theories in order to provide a tailor-made therapy experience for every client. What emerges is a totally unique relationship which often can't be found outside of the therapy room.
I offer a free initial 20 min online session, in which we will briefly chat about your needs from counselling and get a feel for each other. If you then choose to go ahead. We will then agree a mutually convenient date and time to starting sessions.
For more information about me and my practices, please take a look at my website.
I work in Horsham offering weekly in persons sessions:- Monday 12pm - 8pm. Tuesday 6pm - 9pm. I can also accommodate clients on a rolling ad-hoc basis as required at a frequency that fits with your life. I currently have only evening appointments available.
In Guildford I offer weekly in person sessions between 9am and 1pm on Thursdays.
I can also offer sessions on a Thursday afternoon from 3pm onwards in Haslemere if required.
You don’t need to decided straight away whether you are looking for a shorter fixed term of sessions (Counselling) to focus on a specific issue, usually up to 16-20 sessions. Or longer-term open-ended therapy (Psychotherapy), to explore how the past is impacting you in the ere and now. Sometimes that only emerges once you have started counselling.
I recommend that we work together for at least 6 sessions to allow a relationship to start to build.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
