About me
I am a Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering in person and online counselling and psychotherapy for clients aged 18+ from my comfortable easy to reach rooms in central Horsham, West Sussex and Dorking, Surrey. Online sessions are held on zoom.
Alongside the general issues bought to therapy, I am passionate about helping clients who identify as neurodivergent (ADHD, ASD, Dyslexia & Dyspraxia) whether diagnosed or self disagnosed, access therapy in a way that works for them. I also provide counselling support for the parents and family members of neurodivergent people. In addition to this my other areas of speciality include, Disordered/Emotional Eating (not Eating Disorders) and corresponding Relationship with your body, Menopause/PeriMenopause. Details of which can be found on my website.
I work in an integrative way. The basis of my training provides a framework with which I am able to integrate and utilise aspects of different counselling theories in order to provide a tailor-made therapy experience for every client. I use parts work (IFS and Psychology of Selves) to explore the emotional world of each client in a gentle and yet effective way. The aim being that what emerges is a totally unique relationship which often can't be found outside of the therapy room.
I offer a free initial 20 min online session, in which we will briefly chat about your needs from counselling and get a feel for each other. If you then choose to go ahead. We will then agree a mutually convenient date and time to starting sessions.
For more information about me and my practice, please visit my website.
I offer weekly in person sessions:-
Horsham - Monday 1pm - 8pm. Tuesday 5pm - 9pm.
Dorking - Wednesday 1.30 pm - 5.30 pm. Thursday 9am - 5.30 pm
I also work online and offer various times/days to accommodate clients busy lives.
You don’t need to decide straight away whether you are looking for a shorter fixed term of sessions (Counselling) to focus on a specific issue, or longer-term or even open-ended sessions (Psychotherapy), to explore how the past may be impacting you in the here and now. Sometimes that only emerges once you have started counselling.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
