About me

I am an accredited psychodynamic psychotherapist with 21 years of experience. I have supported people with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, loss, divorce, family issues, relationship issues, separation, abandonment, rejection, identity, work-life (bullying, harassment), parenting, personal growth & development.

I am qualified in Art and Music therapy and I speak English, Polish, French and Spanish fluently. I completed my postgraduate studies in psychodynamic psychotherapy in 2017, and three years later, I was awarded the European Certificate of Psychotherapy, a certificate of excellence.

I have also worked with clients with complex mental health needs including in  psychiatric settings within the NHS. My main interest is the psychodynamic psychotherapy and I also offer humanistic, person-centred ways of working. I am recognised as a kind, compassionate, non-judgmental practitioner with an openness to providing tender care and support to those with mental health difficulties. My main strength is insight into a clients process and dynamics even if they are not always readily seen by yourself. I am reliable and willing to help anybody motivated to commit to therapy. I maintain continual professional development and my work is supervised within the UKCP Ethical Framework.
