About me
Taking the first step towards finding the right therapist can feel like stepping into unknown territory. I understand this journey comes with its uncertainties, many questions, and perhaps even a bit of apprehension. It's a significant decision, demonstrating your commitment to self-care. In today's world, filled with endless pressures and demands, choosing to seek help for your mental health is a big step. It not only shows your resilience but also your determination to pursue a happier, more fulfilling life. You don't have to undertake this alone.
Identifying, distinguishing, and expressing emotions can challenge many. If you resonate with this, I might be able to help. My extensive therapeutic training allows me to customise my approach to meet your needs, especially when dealing with emotions that are difficult to understand. This process aims to improve your ability to express your emotions, recognising the vital connection between your physical and mental well-being."
I believe in fostering a therapeutic partnership that’s built on trust, respect, and collaboration. Together, we can explore the challenges you’re facing, identify your strengths and work towards the transformation you seek. It’s about finding resonance and aligning paths for self-discovery and growth.

Member organisations
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
