About me

I am a qualified integrative counsellor which means I draw from many theories and models in order to understand and support you. I work with adults and children ages 7+.
Every counsellor/client/ trauma and past are so different so it's important to find a counsellor who understands you and can match your energy. That is why I offer a 15 mins free "quick assessment" to make sure that you can make an informed decision and know what I can provide.

Therapy is not only for people who suffer from depression or anxiety etc, or for people who went through trauma. Therapy can be another commitment you have to maintain a healthy lifestyle where you get to have the space and time to declutter your mind and speak without feeling judged.

How it works

After our "quick assessment" and confirmation you would like to go ahead. We can schedule a time and day that works for you. On the first session, we would need to go through some paperwork and a full assessment to gain a better understanding of you and your aim with counselling. This could also be a time for any questions that you may have.
