About me

If you are feeling anxious, stressed, depressed, confused, worried, and wondering how to take back control of your life then I can help. Finding the right therapist to work with can be confusing. That’s why I encourage you to have a free telephone consultation first so you can decide for yourself whether we will be a good match. I work with clients while they process and resolve the issues they are facing and find real solutions to their problems. Somewhere inside you is the person you were meant to be, so let’s release that person, so you can move forwards with clarity and direction.

What I offer is a counselling experience in a safe space to tell your story and be heard with compassion and understanding. I work with people every day who are trapped in the cycle of addiction, anxiety and depression. Together we find a way out of the cycle using CBT where I teach coping strategies and emotional resilience that is life changing.

If you would like to find clarity, value and true peace of mind and purpose in your life and solve the mystery of your unhappiness and create lasting change we can do this together. So, if you seek understanding and a chance to explore your issues in a sensitive yet pragmatic way then get in touch. Together we can design the life you want to lead.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
