About me
At times it can feel unbearable to sit with difficult feelings. In order to survive you may have felt the need to push these thoughts and feelings away, overwhelmed by the mountain of challenges that life throws your way it can be hard to know who to turn to.
You may find yourself second guessing the validity of your struggles, struggling with anxiety and asking yourself whether what you are experiencing is really worthy of support.
You may have experienced trauma in your childhood or adult life that has led you to question just how well you are coping on a daily basis. Perhaps you have started to realise that this trauma affects you more than you first thought.
If you have found yourself here, then the chances are that a part of you knows what you need at this time. I aim to support you to get to know the parts of yourself that might not have been given the space to be heard. Together we will uncover your own inner expert, the part of you that knows exactly what you need to heal so that you can experience an existence beyond just surviving.
